How do I get started?

We require a 50% down payment before any work is started on your web site.  The balance is due upon completion of the project.

What does "electronic format" mean?

We require that all content that will be on the web site be submitted to Affordable Web Pros in electronic format.  After we receive the initial payment, we will submit a form to you by Email in Microsoft Word format listing all the areas in your new web site.  Please fill in the appropriate areas and Email the document back to Affordable Web Pros.  We will convert the text to HTML and set up your web site.

Can I use my current web host?

If your current host will allow FrontPage extensions as well as flash, you can use the same web host.  If your current web host will not allow FrontPage extensions or flash (if necessary), we can help recommend a hosting service that will.

How long will it take to set up our site?

Once we receive the Word document back from you containing all of the text for the various sections of the template you chose, we can then begin converting the text to HTML.  Typically, we can have the site put together and published within 7 to 10 business days.

Do we need a registered domain name?

It is recommended that your web site be hosted under an easy to figure out domain name.  If you do not have a domain name registered, please consult with us first before registering one.  We can help make some recommendations.

Do we need a web site?

If you can answer "yes" to any of these questions. . .

Does your business rely on communication with employees, customers, associates, vendors?

Does your business rely on profit from sales of a product or service to remain in business?

Does your business rely on donations or volunteers to remain in business?

Would you gain a competitive advantage if you improved customer service and expanded your company's visibility?

Would customer feedback help you meet your customer's needs and increase profits?

Do your products or services require substantial consumer education or after-sale support?

Would improved communication with your customers help obtain new or repeat business?

Would you expand into new markets (geographic areas) if you could do so cost effectively?

Would you like to compete with the "big dogs" in your industry?

Are your costs for marketing via traditional channels (news print, radio, printed catalogs, postage) continuing to rise?

Would you like to provide sales and customer service 24 hours a day using no additional personnel?

. . . then, you need a Web site!  Insurance Agencies, click here for more information.
