- Frequently Asked Questions
We require a 50% down payment before any work is started on your web site. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
We require that all content that will be on the web site be submitted to Affordable Web Pros in electronic format. After we receive the initial payment, we will submit a form to you by Email in Microsoft Word format listing all the areas in your new web site. Please fill in the appropriate areas and Email the document back to Affordable Web Pros. We will convert the text to HTML and set up your web site.
If your current host will allow FrontPage extensions as well as flash, you can use the same web host. If your current web host will not allow FrontPage extensions or flash (if necessary), we can help recommend a hosting service that will.
Once we receive the Word document back from you containing all of the text for the various sections of the template you chose, we can then begin converting the text to HTML. Typically, we can have the site put together and published within 7 to 10 business days.
It is recommended that your web site be hosted under an easy to figure out domain name. If you do not have a domain name registered, please consult with us first before registering one. We can help make some recommendations.
